Hunter
was a small time Vermont Sheriff, who finds a women's body that is
badly beaten and unconscious. Once the girl wakes up, she identifies
herself as Amanda Smith. Amanda tells Hunter her story of trying to find
her daughter. She states her husband had kidnapped the child. Hunter
and Amanda have a love hate relationship, but soon discover they can't
leave their hands off each other ! Hunters soon learns that their is no
child, but he is in to deep to just forget Amanda when she needs his
help.

FBI agent and Manda Telusa, mob lawyer wife and hired thug for the
famous. . . . some days she is not sure which role she is playing. While
undercover she married Gerard, a mob lawyer. Amanda not only married
him but fell in love with him and his sister. Without a family of her
own she hoped this is the family she wanted. All that changed when
someone got hurt, someone close to her. Now she looking for revenge and
Hunter is along for the ride. Amanda takes Hunter into the underground
mob world. . . . a world that a small town sheriff is not prepared for
or is he ?? They quickly learn who you can and can not trust !
Another
well written book about the underground crime world of the mob! The
author gave us lots of suspense and mystery with some love :) Loved this
one ! I was hoping for more of Hunter and Amanda when I hit the last
page. What a great read :)
