Chloe Lark is a sports radio announcer, she is looking for a big TV break! Chloe's boyfriend moves out and a new tenant moves in. Ben is ex-solider who is looking for a quiet life, he works as a journalist for the Gazette.
Chloe's boss, Merv wants her to do a charity event, abseiling down a castle wall. Due to Chloe being scared of heights, her friend Shelly gives her a few pills to relax. Take two is the instructions. . . . Chloe takes two to many and finds her self in the hospital. When waking she discovers not only has took one to many BUT, she vomitted on Ben's shoes, he thinks she is a drug addict, her mom is coming to town and her job is on the line.

Chloe's life is anything but boring and now she must save her job, convience Ben is not a drug addict and deal with her mom. While Chloe is working things out a secret admirer turns up. Roses left on her car, nice little notes. What seems nice to Chloe may turn dangerous. . . . .

this was a great read it had some really funny parts and some really scary ones ! Really enjoyed this one, the author did a great job and keep things rolling at a good pace.
