Review of Escape to Sanctuary by Denise Frazier

Escape to Sanctuary
Denise Frazier

Dr. Evangeline Tourmaine (Evie), is on the run from a Sociopath, who is trying to kill her. Evie was doing mission work in Africa, when called home to Ohio, to attend her step mothers funeral. Not knowing what she is walking into, Evie was shot. Evie soon finds shelter at the Sanctuary shelter. Not only did she find a safe place, but gets help from FBI agent, Colton Segar.

Evie is the sole heir to her grandfathers estate, while Evie was away in Africa, her step mothers new husband, Sheriff Caine, had false documents wrote up making him heir to Evie's estate. Sheriff Caine is a cold blooded murderer who wants Evie "taken care of".

Colton's main job is to make sure Evie stays safe till they can find her grandfathers original will and put the Sheriff behind bars.

I was intrigued and sucked into this novel from the first word. Evie is a strong character and no matter what the danger, if there is someone in need she was there. Its a short read that is jam packed with nail biting adventures !  It makes you remember that their are good people out there !
