After the arrest of mob boss Vince Menusco, Amanda and Hunt went into protective custody. They changed their name, relocated and even had a daughter, Hannah. Amanda is happy being a house wife and a mother BUT still would like to get out into the world. Thinking of maybe taking a vacation, Eddie, Vince's right hand man pays Amanda a visit, one she didn't expect.

Eddie kidnaps Amanda and Hunt bringing them back to New York. He needs Amanda help in tracking down who is killing off Vince's mob gang. One by one mob men are falling like bowling pins. Amanda takes things into her own hands and gets to the bottom of things. Secrets are revealed and people are exposed to what they really are. Amanda soon learns that you can love the wrong people.

It took one page for me to get back into Amanda and Hunt's life ! I love reading about them and when that last page hits you want MORE ! Amanda's return did not disappoint, it keep you on the edge of your seat for the whole ride !! ! !
