Shawna is living with a drunken and abusive husband, all she wants is a divorce but with no money, there isn't much hope. Her husband brutally attacks and rapes her, Shawna takes justice into her own hands. A few years later she is happy and rasing her daughter Alexis. On a quiet night while reading, Alexis crawls into her mothers bed and shares with her a nightmare, one that she see's her own death. Shawna comforts her and they both fall fast asleep.
The
next morning Shawna awakens and something is not right. Her life has
changed, she is startled to find herself 8 months pregnant with two
other daughters. Like that is not enough a man is in her bed, Mark is
just as confused as Shawna.
Mark
was a police officer and claims to have been shot by Darin, Shawna's
husband, years ealier when called to their house on a domestic violance
call. Now he finds himself in Shawna's house, WHY ?? What kind of
nightmare are they trapped into ?
Mark
and Shawna soon discover that they are proctectors to both girls and
Shawna's unboard daughter. Protectors from the "falcon". A dark demon
from the "dark world" another realem and time.
This
was an AWESOME read ! ! ! I read it in a few short hours. It will be
one you can not put down. It gives a whole new meaning to being "sucked"
into a good book ! The writing style reminds me of Stephen
King! The author did an a wonderful job with this novel !
