Review of Darke Heat by Denise Ellyson

Darke Heat- Denise Ellyson

Paige is a woman who trains military dogs who has bitten off more than she chew, when buying a home right in the middle of a gang war with drug trafficking. Bryce is an agent in the DEA who grew up with Paige and stole one of her best trained dogs for one of his cases. Paige is in love with Bryce but feels he only cares about her dogs and their abilities. A lead gang member comes after Paige because her brother Colt killed his sister and the house she bought has a book of all the drug shipments and trades. Her brothers come home to protect her while Bryce is trying to finish this case so he can tell her how he really feels about her

This book is absolutely amazing from the very beginning to the very end!!! You can't help but love Paige because she is such a strong character, and you want to hate Bryce but you just cant! I love the brothers attitudes, and their willingness to do anything for their sister. This book is fast paced and full of action, gunfights, explosions, and love!!!

5++++ stars!
