Review of Sophie's Run By Nicky Wells

Sophie's Run by Nicky Wells

Sophie Penhalligan has seen her thunderbolt and lightning man.  She just knows this is the man she is meant to marry.  Now to find him again and introduce herself.

But the road to the alter isn’t always easy to travel.  Sophie has her heart nearly ripped out by two people she trusted most in her life and the only way she can think of to get through it is to run away.  She ends up in a very remote spot where no one knows her or her troubles.  She gets a job and settles in for a long stay.

Will her friends and boyfriend find her and convince her to come home, or will Sophie’s life changes be the forever kind?

I couldn’t wait to read this second installment of Sophie’s story, and this one did not disappoint.  I feel like Sophie is one of my good friends and I wanted to run to her and comfort her when she was sad and laugh with her when she was happy.  Sophie’s Run is just as good as the first book was, and I can’t wait for the last book in the series to find out how things come out in the end.
