We are all very glad you came here to JBR. Can you tell us a little about your self?
Just a little about me.... Well, I was born, raised, and currently live in TEXAS. I am married to a wonderful man who supports my dream of writing and allows me to spend many evening and weekend hours glued to my laptop. During the day I moonlight as an elementary music teacher. In addition to a doting husband, a young daughter is also part of the picture and keeps us both hopping! An ornery little Welsh Corgi completes our household. I'm also a member of RWA and my local chapter DARA.
What genres do you write?
I write contemporary and paranormal romance.
As a reader I love all genres but my followers want to know what to except from your books. Action, adventure, romance, sex, magic??
Ummmm….all of the above! I have written shootouts, kidnappings, lots of romance, steamy sex, and magic all around.
Who is your favorite character(s) from your books?
My favorite character so far…has to be Aphrodite from my Pool of Souls series.
What is your newest release? can you tell us a little about it?
My newest release is FINDING HOPE, the second book in the Pool of Souls series. In it you find out a little more about Aphrodite and Ares and their move to renew their millennia old relationship. There’s a lot of mischief and mayhem packed into the Olympian characters in this series, but the human side of the book is chock full of intrigue as well. There are two characters who just can’t seem to communicate, and when they finally do, it might be too late….
This series is so much fun to write. Each book follows two parallel stories, so be sure you start at the beginning with OPEN HOUSE, Pool of Souls Book 1. You don’t want to miss anything about Aphrodite. Her story carries through the series, while each individual book focuses on a new human couple.
What about future projects? any hints?
Oh my, well… I’m working on book 3 for Pool of Souls, Book 2 for my popular shifter series Vegas Mates, and the start of a Fae series set back in ancient history! So yes! Lots of goodies are on their way. I have this inability to focus on only one world at a time, so I hope everyone is prepared to meet all of my worlds at once. My tagline is after all…. Love and Destiny in All Realms!
Can you give aspiring authors any advice?
WRITE! Finish books! It’s hard to make headway with only one or two books. Also, be sure you are paying for good editing and really good covers. You only get one first impression. Remember that!
How about some "fun" personal stuff! Favorite past time activity?
I love to cook and my husband really likes me to cook, LOL.
a favorite book or author you can recommend (not your own)?and WHY?
I absolutely adore Cherise Sinclair. I know not everyone is into the BDSM scene, but something about her characters just get to me. She’s one of few authors that I wait anxiously for her next release and will read it the day it comes out, staying up into the wee hours of the morning if that’s what it takes.
Favorite place to travel to?
I love the beach. The smell of the salt water is invigorating. I would love to live by the ocean one day.
What kind of music do you listen too?
Country! Every once and a while, rock or pop will slip in, but 99.9999999% of the time, it’s country music all the way.

I'm gonna have to check out the Pool of Souls series. I'm very interested on your take on the Olympians and where they might be today. I've always thought Greek mythology had some of the best stories of all time.
