Cupid and Penelope
by V.S. Nelson
Even as a grown man, Cupid never thought that anyone would ever see past his younger self, a chubby
baby who shoots his arrows of love. Penelope has just never seemed to fit in with the others in the Fae. Maybe it's because she is also half Imp. And her imp side is rebellious and mischievous. So when Penelope sees a human circus clown that she seems drawn to like never before, she kidnaps him. Only, maybe he isn't the human she thought he was. And maybe they are all the other needs.
Review: Such a cute, short story. I love that the author gave us a grown up version of Cupid and paired him with a mischievous little imp. too cute
