  Arcadia, Cady to most, is just an average 

teenager trying to survive the pitfalls and 

drama of high school.  But waking up in the 

hospital after experiencing what can be called 

a psychic episode, there seems little hope for 
that.  With her sister gone, her dad moved out, 

her mothers deep depression and her sisters 

boyfriend, Cane barely able to look at her, 

the only peace she finds is when she is when 

she is with Bryan Sullivan.  He seems to have 

such a calming effect on her emotions when the 

rest of the world seems to just add to her wild, 

crazy mood swings.  And according to her neighbor, 

that first psychic episode was just the beginning. 
 
 
Review:  I have to be honest and say that I would

 never have picked this book for myself to read.  

And for that, I say thank you Julie for passing 

it along to me.  I would have missed a great read.  

To say that I didn't want to put it down would be 

an understatement.  I felt so connected to this 

young woman and couldn't wait to see what or where

 the author was taking us next.  The only downside 

for me was when I finished the book at 2am (cuz I 

couldn't put it down), I didn't have the next book 

to continue reading.  A definite must read for all 

young adult paranormal romance fans.
