Lauren Dane Review of Giving Chase

Giving Chase

Welcome to Petal Pumphouse, where Maggie and her best friends meet every Friday to relax, enjoy, and maybe meet a sexy man or two. Maggie is not afraid of anything and refuses to be pushed around. Despite her fearless attitude in most arenas, a loveless childhood left this petite powerhouse with certain insecurities, causing her to hide some of her most delightful characteristics. She dates several local men, but usually sets her sites lower when it comes to love.

Enter the Chase brothers. All four are masculinity embodied. Which one will convince the independent, modest Maggie to give him a chance? Author Lauren Dane does a terrific job of blending Maggie's vulnerability and fears with a steely sense of self direction. excellent story, fun characters, sweet romance, and a little suspense involving an overzealous date turned stalker makes for a entertaining escape into Petal and it's picturesque community. Enjoy! I did.
