The egyptian gods and goddess are real. Carter and Sadie go to a museum with their dad only to find out they destroyed an Egyptian exhibit along with the Rosetta stone. Their father get’s trapped and banished do to the destruction. A magical realm where Chaos is at large, Carter and Sadie go to their uncle Amos who teaches them the art of magic at the twenty-first Nome. Later Carter and Sadie must go to the first Nome to continue their training but find out they are hosting goddesses. They soon find out the world in trouble and the god of evil, Set has been working on a evil project. Will Carter and Sadie stop the god of evil and save their father or will Chaos rise and destroy the world
I liked this book a lot. I love this author books because they deal with the gods of ancient times. This book was very interesting and fast paced. This book is for ages 10 and up. I give this book a 5 star rating. Remember to read the Throne of Fire and Serpents Shadow (book 2 and 3).
