Sam Monroe gets laid off and catches her husband cheating on her in the same day. The woman Ariella and her be one somewhat friends. Sam returns from a trip to visit her mother and stepfather to find that she's a suspect in Ariellas murder. Of she is cleared due to the trip but she get a visit from a man who is Ariellas father who is a mob boss and wanted by the fbi.
The story line is good. You get caught up in the mystery of some of the characters, there are a lot of twist and turns that draw you in and turns the book into a great read. Sam seems to be a strong female who can handle just about anything that is thrown her way. Over all I give this book a 4 star review.
