Jason and Sharona Black are in the most romantic place to celebrate their honeymoon, Costa Rica. After taking a short trip across a very busy street to a photo shop, Jason is struck and killed by a car. Sharona was waiting for him in the coffee shop, she looked up into his eyes as he waved and smiled to his new bride for the last time. Devasted Sharona tries to carry on without the love of her life. With the help of Edward, Jason's father and Felicia, Sharona's best friend she soon gets her life going, only to discover she is pregnant.
Jason Jr. (JJ) is now 3 years old and Sharona is a costume designer for movie sets. Sharona and JJ seem to be doing well, living day to day and building a life. While having a night out with Felicia, Sharona meets Diego Cruz, who is a scientist at Dragma Laboratories. Just so happens that Jason was a scientist and worked for the same laboratory. Soon Diego is sweeping Sharona off her feet. Just as Sharona feels its time to move on with her life, she is plagued with strange dreams of Jason and a green box.
Felicia makes arrangements for Sharona to consult with Madam Leila, who is an Egyptian sand reader. She quickly tells Sharona that Jason is trying to send her a message, once she finds the "green" box she will learn what the secret is and what her future holds.
Edward and Felicia become uncomfortably with Diego, they feel he is moving to fast Sharona. He seems to good to be true and just after a few dates he wants to marry her. How odd is it that he worked at the same place Jason does. To many strange things start happening and the story takes a turn. We will see who really holds Sharona's heart and what the green mystery box is really all about !
I LOVED this book and look forward to the next !
Its a great story with a mystery/thriller twist ! My heart went out with Sharona and couldn't wait to turn the page to see what had happened next !
