Happy Holidays to everyone. I hope you all are having a safe and happy holiday season.
For our family traditions, on the eve we visit and exchange gifts with family. On Christmas day, the morning is spent with Dave (my husband), James (my son) and sometimes my mother-in-law. Later we have dinner and spend time with my parents. As a family, spending time with good food and great company is how we usual spend time together.

This is one of my favorite of Christine Feehan. If you are unfamiliar with the series, you have to check it out. There are over 20 in the series. Carpathians live a very long time. The males around 200 yrs old lose their sight of color and feelings. The only thing that brings it all back is finding there life mate. The species is dying out due to the the women are having fewer and fewer babies and no girls are being born. As time goes by and they don't find life mates, some decide to kill to feed, which causes a adrenaline rush. So as some turn "Vampire" the Carpathian people hunt them down. Each book involves a couple. You see there struggles, fights, danger, the romance and ultimately watching how the entire species fights to survive. This book is one of my favorite because it is Christmas in the Carpathian mountains, revisiting old characters and meeting a few new ones. If you get into the stories and learn the characters, go to Christine Feehan's web page and read the deleted scenes. If you know the characters you will laugh, cry and thoroughly enjoy(http://www.christinefeehan.com/).
I love Dr Seuss. With my son we would sit and read for hours and he is one of our favorites.
Reading this one brings back hours of fun with son and is a classic.
These are just a couple of my Christmas favorites. What are some of the your favorites? Do you have any special family traditions? I hope you all have a wonderful holiday. Be safe, cherish your time with your family and most of all have some fun. Thanks for stopping by, there is more to come!
