Before the Testing, she discovers that even though Kevin has had his memory erased, he still seems to feel something for her. Frost let’s her go to figure out her feelings. Kevin and Kayn reconnect, but he is part of a plan to help her survive the Testing by turning her into an emotionless Dragon.
