After reading volume 1 of this series, I knew to expect anything from Jayce Grayson and his novels.
He somehow weaves sci-fi with erotica, and somehow makes it a good read for people interested in
either genre. I fall into the category of those interested in sci-fi and less erotica, and I still thought
this was an interesting read. I really like how Grayson develops characters in these novels, the ones
he brings with him from Volume 1, and the new ones we meet in Volume 2. He has a great way of
creating hilarious dialogue, and weaving into the story, with the perfect mix of characters. I love Jim,
he’s one of the most interesting characters of the bunch, having his sexual orientation of “nay”, in
the extreme porn culture that the earth has adapted to in the future. He stands out among his peers
because he’s got a whole different set of thoughts. This second volume has the same level of hilarity
as the first, and adds on even more sexual scenes then the first, and gives us a clue into why the
Xianne picked Jim to be a part of their mission, when everyone else aboard is far from being a “nay”
personality. Overall, I enjoyed this book, just like the first, but was glad for the new characters and a
nice clue into what’s going on the Xianne, and the awesome Sci-Fi elements of a culture on the moon
was interesting and really seemed believable! J
