December 21, 2006 is the day Andrew Lancaster's life will change
forever. Andrew received a call from the Benefactor, wanting him to
eliminate greedy corporate leaders and corrupt politicians. They will be
named the Revolution, the Benefactor will be pulling all the strings
and the head of the committee. The mission is simply; to make the world
a better place. This was a running joke with his 2 friends from high
school, Lilly and Mike, they never gave a second thought to it becoming
real. Andrew, Mike and Lilly will be hired to capture and eliminate
those that evade justice.
The first mission is to seek Vengeance. Andrew's mother died in a car
crash when he was 15, little did he know the car was tampered with and
she was murdered. The assignment he is do will hit home, but, after all
these years, his mother will have the justice she deserves. One
completed mission leads into another and a bigger one. Andrew soon is
named the Phoenix, rising from his own asses.
This was a true thriller ! ! You, like the characters are not sure
who is the good guy and who is the bad guy. The books takes off from the
first sentence and does not disappoint. Each character fits in right
where they are needed and very easy to follow. A great novel on how
corrupt some government officials can be. There were a few times I found
myself wanting to yell and a yes even a few moments to shed a tear or
two! Andrew Hess did a wonderful job on this novel and can't wait to
read more on the Phoenix and his band of justice seekers ! ! !
